About

I walk beside
those finding
their way home.

My name is Radha. I am a counsellor, spiritual mentor, yoga teacher, and student of Advaita Vedanta. My work brings together modern psychological understanding and timeless spiritual wisdom to support people through life's challenges, transitions, and deeper questions of meaning.

I believe that every person carries within them an innate wisdom and capacity for growth. Sometimes all we need is a gentle space to remember it.

Radha, spiritual coach and mentor

My story

The path that brought me here.

My path has been shaped by both psychology and spirituality. Long before I began offering spiritual mentorship, I was studying the mind through psychology, counselling, and years of working alongside people navigating life's challenges.

Yet alongside that professional path was a deeper search. I found myself drawn to yoga, meditation, Bhakti, and the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, seeking not only to understand the mind, but to understand the nature of peace, meaning, and the self.

Over time, I came to see that emotional wellbeing and spiritual growth are not separate journeys. The wisdom found in counselling and the wisdom found in contemplative traditions often point toward the same truth: that beneath our fears, doubts, and conditioning, there is something within us that remains whole.

Today, my work brings these worlds together. I do not see myself as a guru or someone with all the answers. Rather, I offer a grounded space for reflection, insight, and growth, drawing upon both professional training and years of spiritual practice. My role is simply to walk beside you as you discover what is already yours.

My philosophy

What I hold
to be true.

These are the beliefs that shape every session — the quiet convictions I return to again and again in this work.

You are already whole.

Spiritual growth is not about fixing what is broken. It is about gently uncovering the wholeness that has always been present. My role is not to change who you are, but to help you reconnect with what has never been lost.

Stillness is the teacher.

In a world that prizes noise and speed, the most radical act is to slow down and listen. The answers you seek are not outside you, they arise in the quiet spaces between thoughts.

The body knows the way.

Growth and healing are not only mental processes. They are felt in the breath, the body, and the experience of being fully present. I work with the whole person — mind, heart, and body.

Every path is sacred.

While my foundation lies in Vedanta, Bhakti, and yogic philosophy, I honour the wisdom found across many contemplative traditions. I meet each person where they are, drawing upon what is most supportive and meaningful to them.
